Hi, I’m Andre Bonotto, a lifelong athlete whose passion ignited at the age of 7. From thriving in top-tier youth football teams across Brazil to stepping onto the professional stage in Portugal’s 2nd division at 18, my journey has taken me through Brazil, Australia, and Switzerland. Motivated by my own experiences and a deep dive into sports psychology, inspired by the quest to uncover what sets elite athletes apart, I’ve crafted a guidebook to empower young athletes and parents on their pursuit of greatness.
